Ligori & Ligori is seeking an experienced attorney who specializes in Wills, Trusts, Guardianships, Estates & Estate Planning with a current book of business. Join our growing Tampa office and help us expand into new area of LAW. 

The ideal candidate will have significant experience drafting wills and trusts, set up and close guardianships and estates, create comprehensive estate plans, guide clients through probate and trust administration, and advise clients on asset protection strategies.

The candidate must have an existing book of business and the ability to expand their practice under our brand.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base/Draw Pay: $100,000 annually.
• Commission: Performance-based — potential to earn whatever you can produce annually.
  (Full commission structure discussed during interview. High earnings require commitment and results.)
• Life Insurance: $50,000 policy fully paid by the firm.
• Paid Time Off:
  • 1 week after 6 months.
  • 2 weeks after 1 year.
  • 3 weeks after 2 years.
  • 6 personal/sick days + 6 federal holidays annually.
• Health Coverage:
  • 4 plan options (including HSA).
  • 100% firm-paid health, dental & vision (basic plan).
  • Benefits begin 1st of the month after 30 days.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate administration.
• Existing book of business preferred.
• Skilled in drafting estate planning documents, including wills, revocable/irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Experience in probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters.
• Ability to advise clients on tax implications, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills — ability to connect with clients and explain complex legal concepts in clear terms.
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
