**Your role and responsibilities**
At IBM, our Project Managers play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. As a Project Manager for our Technical Sales organization, you'll be at the forefront of driving program design, project direction, defining metrics, and managing performance to meet project expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Enablement Workshops: Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training sessions. Help manage logistics, communications, registrations, budgeting, and team-building activities.

Co-Op Program: Facilitate coordination among leaders, managers, and Talent Acquisition. Aid recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, project assignments, and graduate role alignment.

Internship Program: Participate in interviewing and onboarding candidates. Coordinate mentorships, track performance, support intern development toward full-time roles, and help tailor learning plans to business needs.

Internal Communications Management: Help administer program communications including emails and intranet updates. Maintain content repositories for accurate information sharing.

Additional Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional projects supporting Americas Technical Sales initiatives.
**Required technical and professional expertise**

Collaboration and Relationship Building: Ability to work well with different teams and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
*
Program and Project Management: Exposure to managing programs, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
*
Technical and Communication Skills: Familiarity with project management systems, communications tools, and maintaining a content repository.
*
Passion for Talent Development: A genuine interest in supporting early-career talent, particularly in technical sales training.
*
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Background in Enablement, Program Management, or Corporate Learning and Development
* Candidates should have experience in roles that support training and development initiatives within an organization.
* Familiarity with Enterprise Systems and Processes
* Understanding of large-scale systems and workflows commonly used in corporate environments is essential.
