We are seeking a Remote Service Records Data Entry Clerk to support our service department by accurately entering, maintaining, and updating repair history and maintenance records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Enter service and repair tickets into company systems with accuracy.
Maintain electronic records for compliance and auditing.
Assist service managers with data tracking and reporting.
Ensure service history logs are complete, accurate, and current.
Support internal teams with requests for records or documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
0-1+ year of experience in data entry or administrative support.
Strong typing accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Familiarity with service/repair records or automotive systems a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
