We are looking for a Remote File Management Clerk to organize, maintain, and streamline our digital records system. This role ensures that all documentation—from service tickets to compliance forms—is properly filed, accessible, and secure.
Organize, scan, and index digital files in the company’s system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for auditing and compliance.
Support departments by retrieving requested files promptly.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing.
Assist in the transition from paper to digital filing systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of administrative or file management experience.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
