Becoming a Team Member As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent
- Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract entry-level candidates
- Utilize applicant tracking systems for candidate management
- Coordinate employee evaluation processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Rippling & Asana experience preferred
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Experience in employee evaluation processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or a related HR role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Scheduling Requirements - Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
