Job Description

Our client's company, a leading provider of comprehensive facility solutions, specializes in offering a wide range of products and services, including mats, towels, aprons, mops, cleaning chemicals, apparel, and restroom supply services. They are committed to delivering quality solutions that meet the diverse needs of their clients across various industries. To further expand their market presence, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development in the Greater Puget Sound region, from Bellingham to Centralia.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will take on a hunter role, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, and meeting with potential clients both face-to-face and over the phone. Your primary goal will be to sell the full range of facility solutions offered by the company, helping businesses maintain clean, safe, and efficient environments. With quotas structured to be attainable, you will be able to concentrate on providing high-quality service and building long-lasting relationships with your clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, cold calling, and setting appointments.
  • Conduct face-to-face and phone meetings with potential clients to present and sell facility solutions.
  • Focus on the Greater Puget Sound region, covering territory from Bellingham to Centralia.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas that are designed to be attainable and reward quality performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Proven industry experience in outside sales, particularly in Jan/San and facility solutions.
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the Greater Puget Sound region and its business landscape is preferred.
