Job Description

What you´ll do

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives for ecommerce and online retailers (including their RMNs), to enhance the Pro customer journey and drive sales.
  • Drive strategy for the website, including but not limited to: site architecture, creative expression, and integrated marketing strategy in consideration of the digital ecosystem.
  • Oversee the execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online promotions, and loyalty program initiatives: develop robust eCRM program, linking the digital ecosystem from campaign initiatives through to education & events.
  • Build relationships with key customer accounts and account management partners.
  • Ensuring SKP is first to market in major eTail programs, beta initiatives, and alignment with Trade activities and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the omnichannel strategy is integrated across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage budgets for omnichannel marketing initiatives and ensure all marketing spends are within budget.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to align omnichannel strategies with overall digital marketing goals.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in business, digital and/or marketing-related emphasis
  • 5-7+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce, eCRM, and online retail strategy 
  • Understanding of websites/eCommerce platforms/UX and UI
  • Understanding of third-party softwares, plugins, and APIs
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a creative thinker with a high level of passion and initiative
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with internal and external teams 
  • Willing to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise and adaptable to different styles across large range of brands and stakeholders

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
