Lead Django Engineer (Remote-Hybrid)

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs used by global clients
Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration
Scale backend infrastructure to support rapid growth and high availability
Contribute to roadmap planning, release management, and technical direction
Mentor and guide junior team members as we grow
What Were Looking For:
Strong experience with Django (required)
Proficiency in Python and RESTful APIs
Background in test-driven development
Hands-on experience with databases and infrastructure:
MySQL, Cassandra, Memcache, Redis, AWS
Comfortable executing in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
Prior team leadership or management experience is a plus
