Snap-on Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated, talented Industrial Designer to join us at our world headquarters in Kenosha, WI. The Ideal candidate is passionate about all stages of the design process. Responsibilities include supporting Industrial Design and Engineering, as well as conducting user research in the field.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. The role is not a remote / work from-home position and will require full time work on location in Kenosha, WI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design with 2-5 years of professional experience.
• A design portfolio must be submitted for consideration.

ATTRIBUTES

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and able to work within cross-functional teams
• Basic Knowledge of ethnographic research practices

Technical

• 3D modeling proficiency; Solidworks or Fusion360 preferred
• 2D sketching / rendering proficiency; Figma and Adobe Suite preferred
• 3D rendering proficiency; Keyshot preferred
• Demonstrates a basic knowledge of UI/UX development
• Foundational knowledge of engineering and manufacturing practices
