Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage daily project operations from planning through final walkthrough.
- Ensure all restoration projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily job logs, progress photos, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
- Maintain regular communication with property owners, adjusters, and insurance representatives.
- Verify quality of work and compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and job specifications.
- Order materials and confirm timely delivery to prevent job delays.
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site safety for all team members.
- Support team morale and collaboration while leading by example in professionalism and accountability.
Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a construction management or field supervision role, preferably in restoration.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with crews, homeowners, and vendors.
- Adaptability to changing project conditions and customer needs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record required.

Schedule Location - This position reports daily to the office and works on-site at project locations in the surrounding area.
