Job Summary
As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing community events, outreach campaigns, and public engagement initiatives. You'll collaborate with internal teams to grow brand awareness, support campaign strategy, and directly connect with local audiences.
Responsibilities
Help plan and coordinate community events, public activations, and outreach campaigns
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with organizational goals
Conduct basic market research to gather insights on trends, audience behaviors, and competitors
Manage event logistics, including setup, sponsor outreach, and collaboration with local partners
Assist with content planning and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms
Contribute creative ideas to increase community visibility and engagement
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Creative thinker with interest in storytelling, branding, or public engagement
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
Passionate about community impact, outreach, or social causes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience in events, customer service, or volunteer work is a plus
