Job Description

We are a growing commercial construction company with a self-perform focus. Based in Prineville, OR with a satellite office in The Dalles, we self-perform concrete, framing, finish carpentry and more. The majority (not all) of our work is prevailing wage on schools, fire stations, and parks. Take a look at our website to see the scope of our work.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow and maintain all required safety procedures and processes

• Construct, erect, and install structures and fixtures made of wood, such as concrete forms 

• Building frameworks, including partitions, joists, studding, and rafters

• Install window and door frames

• Ability to install siding, drywall and batt insulation

• Safely operate hand and power tools

• Use measuring devices and read tape

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years commercial carpentry and concrete experience

• Provide own tools relevant to the trade

• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites
