What You'll Do:
🧬 Analyze genomic, proteomic, and transcriptomic datasets
📊 Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms for biological data
🔬 Collaborate with research teams to design computational experiments
📈 Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings
🛠️ Build and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and databases
📋 Support regulatory submissions with data analysis
What We're Looking For:
· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Data
· Sciences, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
· Advanced Python Programming: Proficient in Python programming, particularly within
Linux-based High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.
· Expertise in Workflow Language: Strong knowledge of workflow languages such as WDL,
Nextflow, and/or Snakemake for automating and managing computational workflows.
· Version Control with Git: Experienced in tracking and managing code using Git for version
control.
· Extensive Experience in Data Analysis: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and derive
meaningful insights.
